Self-defense workshops local courses calendar

Mary Brandl and Anita Bendickson teach workshops and courses in Personal Safety, Self-Defense and Crime Prevention on a regular basis throughout the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul) area. These include "Tools to Cool Conflict and Confrontation" and "Build High Caliber Body Presence: It Influences Others and it Influences You." There is a parking lot directly across the street from the Police station, and there should be lots of room to park there.

--University of MN, Course # P.E. 1044 - Fall semester starts Sept, 2014, four sections offered. Two sections offered MW, 8:00-8:50 A.M. & 9:05-9:55 A.M. Same times for two sections offered TTh. All sections on the Minneapolis campus.

--University of MN Extension course - Fall semester starts Sept, 2014. Wednesdays, 7:00-8:45 P.M., St Paul campus.

--North Hennepin Community College - Fall semester starts Sept, 2014.
